Dental Insurance
Gentle Dental Care accepts most major dental insurance plans. As a courtesy, our team will verify your benefits, help estimate your coverage, and file your claims on your behalf.
We are an in-network Premier Provider with Delta Dental, and we frequently work with plans such as Humana, United Concordia, and Aetna. Coverage varies by plan, so we encourage you to contact our office for specific details.
CareCredit Financing
For patients who prefer monthly payments, we offer CareCredit—a flexible financing option with low minimum monthly payments. CareCredit can be used for any treatment you choose, including cosmetic services.

Appointments & Scheduling
We reserve appointment times exclusively for each patient to ensure that you receive the focused attention you deserve. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other patients waiting for care.
Arrival for Your Visit
To make the most of your appointment, we ask new patients to arrive a few minutes early with their completed forms and insurance information. Returning patients should bring any updated information that may affect their care.
Insurance Estimates
While we make every effort to provide accurate estimates based on your plan, final insurance payments are determined by your provider. Any remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility.
Emergency Care
For true dental emergencies outside office hours, established patients may contact Dr. Boles through our emergency line at 210-273-8716. We make every effort to provide prompt attention when urgent needs arise.
