Have questions before your visit? Here are answers to some of the most common inquiries we receive. If you need additional information, our team is always happy to help.

Please bring your completed new-patient forms, a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any medications you are currently taking.

We accept most major dental insurance plans and are a Premier Provider with Delta Dental. Our team will gladly verify your benefits and help estimate your coverage before treatment.

New patients should arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Returning patients may arrive right at their scheduled time unless forms or information need updating.

Yes. We offer CareCredit for patients who prefer to divide treatment costs into manageable monthly payments.

We understand that schedules change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the appointment time to another patient.

Yes. We welcome patients of all ages and are experienced in providing gentle, positive experiences for children.

If you are a patient of record and experience a dental emergency outside of office hours, you may contact Dr. Boles through our emergency line. We make every effort to provide prompt care.
